Hi! I’m Curt Johnson. I’m a salesman and I’ve been in sales since the age of 8 when I sold bicentennial coffee mugs door-to-door. Since then I’ve sold lots of things, from tradeshow displays and marketing services to stocking caps. I even spent some time as a bill collector selling people the idea that they needed to pay their bills. For the last 15 years I’ve been in the firefighting / first responder industry and it has not been too bad. Where else can I do something I love (sell things), and part of the sales process is burning things up and breaking stuff. Anyway, on to why I’m here on the internet. In my time in sales I’ve worked with hundreds of salespeople, spent thousands of hours on sales calls and ride-alongs, and I’ve picked up a thing a two. Some of these things I’ve developed on my own, but most (good & bad), I’ve just observed. Hopefully you’ll find something useful here. If not, at least the price is right.
